Given chicken burrito instead of veggie. Didn't know until I bit into it.

Great food! And very efficient staff. Order was just as I expected it to be. I was hesitant on what to order but the staff was very patient to deliver on my needs. One of my favourite Chipotle locations for a quick grab after work

They were super busy today I’m guessing for Cinco de mayo but the two guys on the floor handling the customers and orders were AMAZING, efficient and polite despite the craziness. And the staff making food was super fast!!! Very impressed. I will definitely be back! Wish there was an option on DoorDash to tip

From the first moment you step in that restaurant the stuff gives you an agreeable feeling. Very hospitable hosts, it is a happy restaurant to to go out with buddies or with your date. heavenly cooking, talented chief cook and stuff, honest pay and generous service. Warmly recommended.

Portions are soooo small and they are very strict. Even thought i didnt have any rice and beans still didnt give me a pinch of extra meat . Not budget friendly but the taste is good . Atleast they should be less strict for their portion. As they throw kg s of meat after closing anyway

I tried this place in the past with a friend and I am addicted since then. I loved the excellent character and delightful dishes and drinks. Keep up the good work.

First time to Chipotles and definitely will come back. My steak buritto came with half chicken as they ran out of steak which was fortunate for me. Great combination of meats. Non-dairy, no beans, and no guacamole all no problem for the friendly staff.

Quick service and good food. Just as you'd expect from a chipotle store. There's lots of sitting room. Accessible from both the parking lot and st Claire Ave

Super basic, consistent mexican franchise food. Not authentic tasting and too expensive for what it is but the restaurant itself is tidy and the servers are polite here.

The food was pretty good. I went there with a friend and wasn’t expecting much. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The quality of the food and service of the staff was good. It was clean and orderly. Did not have to wait long. Definitely will be going back.

My kids love Chipotle and I visit this location every week as I have no other choice. Chipotle is a great brand and that is why this outlet is in business given the rotten attitude of some of their staff behind the counter. They messed up the food a couple of months back. I called them up and was asked to leave my number so that the manager Patel would call me and the call never happened. I had been there yesterday. Quantities were very inconsistent. Reported it to the manager Sebastian. He just rattled a recorded message. They never accept their mistakes. Too many people behind the counter. Try avoiding this outlet for another one as Chipotle ensures that the quality of the food is consistent across all outlets but not the quantity and bad attitude of the local management.

Fairly quick service here. Fresh ingredients and the meat is cooked infront of you. I usually get half barbacoa, half grilled chicken burrito bowl - it's always delicious!This is one of my fave locations!

The staff is horrible, we went during dinner time and they rushed through the line so fast they don't even let you finish placing your order. Also, $100 for two burritos, two bowls and a kids meal is absolutely nuts. The food was put together all sloppy, my husband had to unroll his burrito and eat it with a fork because they didn't make it properly and they tried to sell me a veggie burrito bowl with 2 peppers and a few onions. No sorry, that's garbage. I'll definitely be writing a letter to head office, what a rip-off. Save your money.

The worst chipotle I’ve been too. Been here on multiple occasions and sometimes it’s ok but the vast majority of the time it’s not up to par. Beans not cooked till soft, way under seasoned and skimpy on the meat even after asking for double.

I take my family to this great restaurant a lot! This is the best place to dine. I go there at least once a month. The cooking is just great, the workers are polite and the price is fair. I like meeting in this spot to have a rich supper.

I had to get out to pick up groceries and been craving some chipotle since I been home self isolating. Thought I would try this ace as I usually go to the one downtown. First let me say the staff here are very friendly, professional and accommodating. Although you cant sit and eat but it is very open for distancing and super clean. The food was very fresh and was a great treat.

The menu and service were beyond my expectations. I absolutely loved the vibes of this spot. Excellent restaurant to take my family out for dinner.

I celebrated my nomination earlier this evening in this fine place. I am glad to say that we enjoyed a enjoyable evening and the restaurant was clearly the reason for the strong celebration. The waiters cooperated in a pleasant style, the food was yummy and my friends were very happy. We shall absolutely visit again for more celebrations. thanks very much.

Very poor customer service, tried to give me the least amount of each ingredient as possible. Chicken was cold and they gave me so little chicken and when I asked for more I recieved attitude. Started throwing the ingridents onto my bowl aggresively. I lost my appetite after dealing with the staff at this location. WILL NEVER return to this location. Very unprofressional behaviour by the staff and manager or assistant manager who refused to provide his buisness card to me. I will be reaching out to corporate about my experience. Nobody should be treated like this.

Before going to Chipotle, I Google "Chipotle Hacks" to remind myself that I need to ask for "a bit more...." or some "extra" of that. Kind of bothers me but you do what you gotta do. Don't be shy, ask for some more rice, beans, veggies whatever. And maybe if you have the gumption, a bit more meat. This is my burrito bowl after asking for a bit more of everything I wanted. No guac. Money doesn't grow on the weeds in my backyard. In any case, good taste, fresh. Everything you'd expect from a monopoly burrito place. Nice and clean environment too. That's always a plus. I mean. It better be clean. They're charging almost $12 for beans, rice, veggies and 3/4 of a serving of protein. Probably will be back.

The staff here has switched up a ton over the time they’ve been open here but they are always all equally amazing! The quality of the food is always on point and they have very quick service.

The decor of the restaurant is casual, best described as industrial style. I feel quite comfortable eating in-store or taking the food to go which are both options. I had soft tacos with shreaded pork, spicy salsa, sour cream, cheadar cheese and diced tomatos. You can also get beef, chicken and vegetarian options if you prefer. I was quite hungry so I was pleasantly surprised that I received my tacos so soon after ordering. The ingredients were fresh and the result were delicious tacos. I have ordered previously beef tacos and pork & beef burritos and never have I ever been disappointed ordering food from this place. Whether for lunch or dinner, a great place to celebrate. Enjoy!

Try the super greens salad! The team is really friendly and helpful. Lots of parking, food is noticeably fresh, and all packaging is biodegradable.
